I specialize in both Residential & Commercial real estate financing including Construction loans as well. Other than 1st mortgage, I also arrange for creative alternative 2nd, 3rd & 4th mortgages. I have consistently been the TMG Top Broker in B.C. and received numerous achievement awards & recognitions from different financing institutions such as TD Bank, Scotia Bank, First National Financial etc. Media also recognized my experience & top achievement in the industry. Brokers are looked at as the extended sales force of the banks and different financing institutions. We provide one stop mortgage shopping to save client’s money in the long term. Mortgage brokerage is quite unheard of in Asia . When I first joined the industry in 1992, there weren’t too many Chinese working as independent mortgage brokers. In terms of female Chinese independent brokers, I think I was one of the first, if not the first in the industry. More & more new comers to Canada are recognizing the value added benefits provided by mortgage brokers and the industry is forecasting a higher demand for its service in the coming years. Our service is free to clients o.a.c as brokers get paid a commission by lenders who save on fixed rental & salary costs. |
